Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
We ship all orders within 24 hours via UPS Ground (about 3-5 business days). If you need an order delivered sooner, we will gladly ship your order for 2nd. business day delivery via FedEx for a flat rate of $34.00, with the exception of Saturday delivery. Additional charges will apply for Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday.
There is no delivery charge for shipping Celadon Gift Cards.
FedEx shipping charges will still apply.

Returns:
All products returned unused within 30 days of purchase will be fully refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics or fragrances. Returned products must be accompanied by an invoice and sent postage paid.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
