We are so excited that we are once again able to offer you hair, skincare, waxing, massage and nail services! 

We want to reassure you that we have taken much care in preparing to keep you as safe as we possibly can during your visit, and while social distancing is not something we can do when providing your service, we will do our utmost to space clients and staff, and are operating at a greatly reduced capacity.

These are the steps we have taken:

  • All staff will be wearing face masks at all times. 

  • No staff member will come to work if they are not feeling well.

  • All door handles, bathrooms and high touch areas will be disinfected continually throughout the day with hospital grade disinfectant that meets the EPA criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

  • All staff have taken certifications from the EPA recommended disinfectant brands we will be using throughout the salon. These are Barbicide and Rejuvenate.

  • All tools and implements used in any service will be disposable where possible, and disinfected where not.

In the Salon: 

  • Every chair, hair station, and shampoo bowl is sanitized with a hospital grade disinfectant between each client. 

  • All tools and brushes are sanitized after each client.

  • As always: all towels, capes and gowns are laundered after each client.

In the Spa:

  • All surfaces, door handles, equipment and product containers used in our spa rooms are disinfected with a hospital grade disinfectant between each client. 

  • We have medical grade HEPA air-filters in each spa room.

  • We have replaced or covered all upholstered surfaces so that we can sanitize properly.

  • As always: Tools are disinfected, and all linens, towels and gowns are laundered after each client. 

Manicure and Pedicures:

  • We have installed sneeze-guards on each manicure table.

  • All chairs, surfaces and product containers used are disinfected with a hospital grade disinfectant between each client.

  • As always: Tools are disinfected and all towels are laundered after each client

These are the steps we will be requesting of you:

  • If you do not feel well on the day of your appointment please cancel.

  • Everyone must wear a face mask when entering the salon and it must be worn at all times inside the salon covering nose and mouth - no exceptions. If you do not have one we will provide one for you. If you are having hair color please do not wear your best 'designer' mask!

  • Please enter by the front door, the back door will be not be open except upon request.

  • There will be a hand sanitation station for you to sanitize your hands.

  • We usually prefer that you are early, but for the future, we would prefer if you are right on time for your appointment as we have removed the waiting area, and we may have to ask you to wait outside if we are not ready for you.

  • We will not be serving snacks or beverages, and we ask you not to bring these to your appointment either, as mask-wearing will be enforced at all times.
